Bahstun

My teaching trip to Boston was awesome! I got experience history in a city known for it! I also was on the go from the moment the plane touched the ground! I got to go to Cheers, Fenway Park, Bunker Hill, The USS Constitution, the State House, MIT, Salem, House of Seven Gables,Paul Revere's house, Old North Church, Little Italy, Faneuil Hall, site of the Boston Massacre,Newberry Street,Yawkey Gift Shop,Beacon Hill,Frog Pond, and tasted yummy seafood. I got to stay at the Park Plaza Hotel. It was a wonderful conference with excellent speakers, one being the acclaimed author, David McCullough. I will always remember a statement that he made that I have always lived by, "You have to take your children to the historic places for them to remember it."
It was a really wonderful trip! I walked miles and miles each day!
